Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery times: Monday - Friday 8am- 8pm  
  • Minimum 5 hours notice is required to have food delivered.
  • Please inform us of the times we may deliver to you.
  • Your nominated delivery day/time can be chosen up to 7 days from the time of placing your order until 24 hours in advance.
  • Once ordered, an e-mail will be sent to you for confirmation. A printed invoice copy will be attached to your order upon delivery.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order.

What is the delivery charge?
Orders over $50.00 (including GST) are free of delivery charge in the inner Sydney metropolitan area. Orders under $50.00 have a $10.00 delivery charge in the inner Sydney Metropolitan area. Every order is subject to our normal delivery times. 

What if I’m not home to take delivery? 
Under the delivery address details, where you see the field “Where should we leave your order if you are not there?”, please fill in these details. 
If there are no delivery instructions advised, your order will be left at your front door. We take no responsibility for missing orders once delivered. If there are no instructions and there is no place deemed appropriate to leave your order, it will be returned to the warehouse and await collection at your own arrangement.

I live in a security building and will not be home. 
If you live in a security unit, please leave instructions with your concierge, or make arrangements for our driver to buzz a neighbour to let him in so your order can be left at your front door.

What if I find that there is an item missing?
Please check the invoice to see if the product was marked as being out of stock and to see whether a refund has been processed. If an item is out of stock we will immediately issue the amount in question to your credit card.

Can I return a product?
Any problems with goods purchased online from Brioche may be returned to the store for exchange or refund. Products must be accompanied with the invoice. Brioche will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration that occurs subsequent to delivery (due to non-timely collection or otherwise).Deliveries are not made on public holidays.
